CURRY NOODLE WITH ICED LEMON TEA
I’m not very fluent in speak and writing. But for me this is not an obstacle for stop me from writing. Will always remember “do not give up, the beginning is always the hardest”.
Otherwise known as curry laksa, or laksa—is a noodle dish with a coconut milk curry gravy. (This is not to be confused with Penang Laksa or Assam Laksa, which is rice noodles with spicy and sour fish broth.)
This sweet, spicy and fragrant chicken soup, called curry mee, is a happy contrast of hot broth, springy noodles and a madness of garnishes. Coconut milk has a particular weighty creaminess, called santan, that can make some curries and soups too rich. Here, a combination of coconut milk and half-and-half is used to balance the broth.
